The first CrossFit Open is tonight.  Workout will be release at 12pm (I think) First people will start at 5:30pm but we will then go in heats as every person needs a judge when doing this wod.  Good Luck all and lets just have some fun with it!!

  • 6+@80%
  • 8 Strict pull up
  • 8 side bends between sets

  • 50 Sit Ups
  • 400m Run
  • 40 Double Unders
  • 40 Sit Ups
  • 400m Run
  • 30 Double Unders
  • 30 Sit Ups
  • 400m Run
  • 20 Double Unders
  • 20 Sit Ups
  • 400m Run
  • 10 Double Unders
