Our facility is not like any other gym, you have been to before. We make everyone feel welcome and you are always greeted with a smile. CrossFit Hallam members are coached by qualified, dedicated and passionate trainers, who enjoy helping all sorts of fitness levels. The CrossFit Hallam gym is complete with lifting platforms, barbells, kettlebells, rowers, climbing ropes, pull up bars, squat racks, medicine balls, assistance bands, & gymnastic rings. Our gym also has a sauna and shower facilities.

Michelle “Mish” Vanderbyl
Michelle grew up in an energetic household, and found it impossible to not enjoy being active, including playing netball from age 7 which led her to the state league.
She believes that the first wealth is health, and after having two children, when it was time to go back to work the decision was easy… To help people achieve their goals, and give them the tools to make their lifestyle healthy and active for ever. When introduced to CrossFit, it added excitement and self satisfaction to her workouts and after transforming many clients with weight loss, CrossFit has only accelerated their results with its constantly varied movements and challenging intensity.
Being a CrossFit coach and personal trainer for Michelle is inspiring for her to watch people learn and conquer new techniques and to know you coached them though that journey.

Ryan “Buns” Fuller
Ryan is a country boy! He goes by the self-proclaimed name of Bunsofsteel, he can play golf with precision and finesse, and opposite to this lift rocks twice his body weight…
HOW? CrossFit and a myriad of various training techniques including Strongman, Gymnastics, and Olympic Lifting. If there is one guy that researches his training more than Bunsofsteel, we’ll fall over backwards… To date, Buns remains the most adventurous trainee of the CrossFit methodoligy… and members of CrossFit Hallam love him for it!

Vanessa "Ness" Robinson
Vanessa is an avid Crossfitter. She lives and breathes it, and has from her very first Wod, when her love for running just wasn’t enough any more.
Over the years Vanessa has transformed her body through the correct eating plans and training to reach her desired Goals. She loves helping others and passing her knowledge on.
She is well known in the masters league as she works at such high standard with exceptional work ethic, and is always seen on the podium at various competitions.

Belinda "B"
Belinda (or B as she’s better known) found Crossfit in 2017 and hasn’t looked back….She loves giving new sports a crack and never backs down from a challenge.
Since starting her Crossfit journey she has taken up numerous new challenges like kayaking, mountain bike riding, trail running and Adventure racing. She loves a good partner comp, teaming up with members for some fast fitness and will give an individual comp everything she has…..she passes this same dedication onto our members. She loves watching our members develop in skill, strength and confidence as progress through their programming with us.
