The room
Tradies, nurses, shift workers, parents, retirees. Everyone had a first session at some point, so nobody is watching your weights.
All three run out of the same room with the same coaches. The difference is who is in there with you.

Our main session. A coached hour, six days a week, with the workout scaled before you start.
Read on 02 · 1:1The full hour on you, at a time you book. For specific goals, old injuries, or a roster classes will not fit.
Read on 03 · KidsGames, gymnastics and light lifting, split by age. Movement skills first, loading later.
Read onOne hour: coached warm-up, a strength or skill piece, then the workout. The session is written in advance and the loads are set per person, so the room starts and finishes together.

Not a screen or a whiteboard on its own. A certified coach runs the hour, corrects positions as you move, and tells you what to work on next.
Sore shoulder, first week, or ten years in — the movement gets swapped or the load drops. You still do the session.
Lifts and benchmarks get logged, so progress is something you can check rather than something you hope for.
One-on-one sessions booked directly with a coach. They write the program, run the hour in front of you, and adjust it on what you actually lifted rather than how the session felt.
Booked directly with your coach, so shift work and school runs stop being the reason you miss training.
A first pull-up, a deadlift number, an event with a date on it. The program gets built backwards from it.
Nobody else in the room, so corrections happen while you are moving instead of afterwards.
Sore knee, bad back, recent surgery. The plan gets built around it rather than asking you to sit out.
Kids sessions look like games and feel like fun, but there is a plan underneath every one of them.
Teach them to move well now and it sticks.
Sessions run in small groups with a coach, split by age. Loads stay light, technique gets taught before anything gets heavy, and effort is what gets the credit.
Running, climbing, hanging, jumping, throwing and carrying, with equipment sized for them. Most of it does not look like a gym session, which is the point.
Stronger and more coordinated, which shows up on the field before it shows up anywhere else.
Two or three fixed sessions teach them that training is just something you do, not a project.
Partner drills and team games mean cheering for someone else is part of the session.
They find out what they can do by practising something until it works. That tends to travel outside the gym.
Two weeks unlimited for $99. Long enough to learn the movements, meet the coaches, and see if the timetable works around your week.
