Michelle “Mish” Vanderbyl

Michelle grew up in an energetic household, and found it impossible to not enjoy being active, including playing netball from age 7 which led her to the state league.

She believes that the first wealth is health, and after having two children, when it was time to go back to work the decision was easy… To help people achieve their goals, and give them the tools to make their lifestyle healthy and active for ever. When introduced to CrossFit, it added excitement and self satisfaction to her workouts and after transforming many clients with weight loss, CrossFit has only accelerated their results with its constantly varied movements and challenging intensity.

Being a CrossFit coach and personal trainer for Michelle is inspiring for her to watch people learn and conquer new techniques and to know you coached them though that journey.

Paola Perez

Paola Started exercising in her early 20’s in a quest to lose weight and gain confidence after a sedentary childhood. She quickly discovered a liking for heavy weights, group training and ridiculously loud music. Shes now a huge advocate for the positive effects of exercise on overall physical health, as well and mental and emotional wellbeing.

After working as a group fitness instructor for several years, Paola started CrossFit as part of her own training and fell in love with its variability and the sense of community it provides. Shes passionate about weightlifting technique and sports performance, but most of all, her goal is to keep our members smiling even when there’s burpees involved.

Jared Riesterer

Growing up on a Dairy Farm on the East Coast Regional New Zealand, Jared had a very active childhood. Saturday sports was backed up by an afternoon on the farm and Sunday was no exception.

As a father of five, the need to remain mentally and physically strong, active and healthy could not be more important. It allows him to enjoy many activities with his children and to set a healthy example for them to aspire too.

Adult life has seen many different phases for Jared and four years ago that came to a head after a period of inactivity leading to some reasonable weight gain and compromised health.
Crossfit has given him the ability to train as an individual in a team environment, to regain his health and become a three time Victorian Masters League age group representative.

This has led to a passion for CrossFit and the want to share it with others and give back to the wonderful community through coaching.

CrossFit is about people, people doing things they never thought they could, people supporting each other, people turning up and people being present.
Jared strongly believes people are the most important thing in the world.
