Unfortunately Ruff & Tuff is cancelled, we just didn’t get the numbers we are after which is very disappointing. BUT we will be running it early next year to be bigger and better.

Body Transformation Challenge starting either end September, start October.  Enough time to get these bodies, summer ready.  I will have an expression of interest form up at the box this week, with more details.

Strength: 3RM Front Squat (refer 150216)

  • 30sec plank

Wod: 3 Rounds for time

  • 10 Burpees
  • 15 Chest to Bar
  • 20 Wall Ball 2 for 1s (14lb/8lb)
