This Saturday 20th we will be running our 8:30am WOD at Frankston Beach (meet at carpark opposite caltex) 521 Nepean Hwy Frankston. We will then be having breakfast after for anyone who is keen 

7am Wod will still be running with Ryan at the box!

  • 12 one arm row each side
  • 20m suitcase carry each side

Wod: For Time

  • 1000m Row
  • 50 Air Squats
  • 30 Push Jerks (50/35)
