– What a beautiful couplet we have planned today. I can’t wait to see all the booty pics on Instagram after today’s wod
– So we start we a 3rm Back Squat. If you’re feeling good today, challenge those legs and see what they can do. Cheer your buddies on in the racks next to you and give them a spot when they need it.
– Onto this ripper wod. You may need to start out a little conservative on this one but the further you get into the wod start picking up the tempo and make this one hurt.
– Remember to use full range of motion on every rep.
– Once your wod is over cheer on your friends still slugging away and don’t forget to roll out after the wod
