Wod: EMOM 10mins

  • Min 1  Squat Cleans @75-85% of 1RM
  • Min 2  Max Toes to Bar for 30secs
  • Rest 3 mins
  • 12min AMRAP
  • 5 Burpees over Bar
  • 5 Front Squats @10% less weight then used for squat Clean
  • 5 Chest 2 Bar Pull up
