Its Open Season. We would love everyone to sign up to this! Its 5 workouts over 5 weeks. (One a week) We run this on a Friday night from 5:30-7:30pm. This year we are going to make it a bit more exciting and put people in 4 teams, a bit of healthy rivalry. Each team under one coach, doing there best to get bragging rights!!!!
