  • WOWSER. What a ripper wod to finish the week on.
  • Today after a solid warm up we will be hitting a heavy thruster from the racks. Would be a great way to finish the week with some PR’s throughout the day, so if you’re feeling great go for it.
  • After your heavy thruster PR’s move on to warming up that beautiful beat swing for the chest to bars and find a weight that will be challenging for all 3 rounds of todays wod.
  • Today’s wod is another great chance to work on those Chest to Bar Pullups. Work on small sets with that strong Hollow/Arch motion we use for our pull ups. If you’re ready to work on your Butterfly Chest To Bars, give them a go in this wod. Work on small sets until your technique breaks then reset and try again.
