Wod, 20 min AMRAP;

Part 1, 12 min AMRAP;

  • 5 Strict Ring Dips
  • 10 Goblet Squats (24/16)
  • 15 Barbell 20″ Step Ups (35/25)

Part 2, rest 3 mins, then 5 min AMRAP;

  • 5 Push Ups
  • 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • 15 Lunges
