Wod: For time;

Start with;

  •  30 Deadlifts (Rxd- 80/55, Rxd 100/70, Rxd+ 120/82.5)

then 3 rounds of;

  • 10 Push Ups (Knee Push Ups, Rxd Push Ups, Rxd+ Ring Deficit 10 cm)
  • 20 KB Front Rack Lunges (Rxd- 20/12, Rxd 24/16, Rxd+ 32/24)

then;

  • 20 Deadlifts

then 2 rounds of;

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 20 KB Front Rack Lunges

then;

  • 10 Deadlifts

then 1 round of;

  • 10 Push Ups
  • 20 KB Front Rack Lunges
