-Great chance to hit a big number on the clean today. Most people find these a little easier from the hang. Give it your best and cheer your buddies on when its their turn to lift
-A simple yet tricky workout. Unbroken on that first set of wall balls is a must. Then we need to think about breaking up those toes to bar before the heavy set of cleans. Its heavy yes, but that doesnt mean 10 singles. It should only take a couple of sets to get through these or you may need to scale the weight back. Once your over the cleans its go, go , go until the finish.
