Wod: EMOM 20mins

  • Even – 2 Squat Snatch @75-85% of your top set used in prior exercise
  • Odd – 4-8 Kipping Pull Ups (Rxd+ Chest to Bar)

Optional Extra Training

  • Snatch Grip (Romanian Deadlift) as low as you can maintain a neutral spine position- 1 second pause at knee on way up 3-4 reps
  • Handstand Walking 3 x max distances
  • Barbell Curl 3 x 8 reps (30×0 tempo)
