CrossFit Open Wod 17.1 – will find out at 11am today!!!!
6am and 9:30am Class will follow the wod below. The 5:30am class will be the open workout which can be performed by everyone but it will be in an open wod environment!
Strength: Push Press
- 70% x 3
- 80% x 3
- 90% x 3
Wod: 4 Rounds
- 10 Toes 2 Bar
- 10 Push Press (42.5/30)
- 20 pistol squat (alternating)
- 10 KB Swing (24/16)
- 200m Run
