Wod: Mins 0-4:59 (EMOM)

  • 3 (touch and go) Squat Snatch @65-75% of 1RM (ascend if able)
  • Immediately take 20% weight off the bar before start of minute 5
  • Mins 5-9:59
  • 3 Power Snatches (ascend if able)
  • Mins 10-20 AMRAP
  • 5 Front Squats ( a challenging weight)
  • 10 Burpees over bar
