- 10-10-10-10-10 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
- 1-2-3-4-5 Rope Climb
-A bit of a simpler day today. Just Practicing our movements really.
-First up we are going to see how strong our pulling strength is. A great chance to work on your Strict pullups if you lack in that area as we all do.
-The Wod. Russian Kettlebell swings seem like an easier option than swinging the bell overhead, however you can cycle through the swings much faster which will get that heart rate right up there. Try go unbroken on the swings.
-The Box Jump Overs. Low rep box jump overs but you could be puffing a little after those kettlebell swings. Try and move efficiently through these as there is a little challenge straight after them
-The Rope Climbs. Well the first one was easy, then its challenging from there. Just give them a go and see what happens.
