-We’ve been working our Overhead Squats and Squat Snatch’s a fair bit lately so lets see how hard you have been wokring. Lets see if we can hit our 1rm for 2 Reps today.
-This wod is a little deceptive. Go too hard on the dips and those Overhead Squats are not going to wokr out too well for you. Might be a good idea breaking up the dips in to small sets with short rests and try go unbroken on those overhead squats. A great challange today
