Don’t forget to register for the ‘Open’. CrossFit headquarters release one workout every week for 5 weeks and everybody around the world does the same workout. We all do this as a group on a Friday nights at 5:30pm, usally followed by a BBQ and a few drinks. Clink on the link below and get on board. The more the merrier. Scaled and Rxd all welcome!
