-Let’s Hit some Pr’s Today. If you’ve been training hard there’s no doubt you’ll hit your biggest Deadlift ever today.

-The Wod is a little deceptive. Those Deadlifts will feel heavy pretty quickly especially if you are going unbroken on the bar muscle ups. A good Little grip test today

-As always avoid single skips and work towards becoming a double under King or Queen.
