Strength: 2RM Back Squat

 

Wod: “Death by Front Squats”

EMOM (every minute on the minute), complete;

  • In the 1st minute: 1 Front Squat (65/45)
  • In the 2nd minute: 2 Front Squats
  • In the 3rd minute: 3 Front Squats
  • etc

–> Continue until the rep scheme can no longer be completed within the required minute. If 12 minutes (ie/ 12 reps in a minute) is not reached, go back to the start and complete a 2nd round starting at 1 rep.

–> Rxd+ (80/55), Rxd- (50/35)

 

Cash out: for time;

  • 50 Mountain Climbers (elbow to knee)
  • 50 Squats
  • 50m Bear Crawl (5 x 10m)
