EMOM (every minute on the minute), complete;
- In the 1st minute: 1 Front Squat (65/45)
- In the 2nd minute: 2 Front Squats
- In the 3rd minute: 3 Front Squats
- etc
–> Continue until the rep scheme can no longer be completed within the required minute. If 12 minutes (ie/ 12 reps in a minute) is not reached, go back to the start and complete a 2nd round starting at 1 rep.
