  • SDHP (35/25)
  • KB Step Over (24/16) 20″
  • Push Press (35/25)
  • KB Swing (24/16)

Equipment cannot touch the ground: Penalty… every team member of every team must complete 3 burpees

Rotate when runner returns form 100 m, 2 others continue working on reps.

  • 100 m run
  • 10 KB Swings (24/16)
  • 100m run
  • 5 Burpee Box Jumps (30/24)
