Strength: 1RM Power Snatch

– Perfect power Snatch weather

– Come on in and challenge yourself with some heavy power snatch or just stay light and work on your power snatch technique

Wod: For Time

  • 5 Rounds
  • 60 Double Unders
  • 15 Burpees
  • 3 Rope Climbs

– Tough little wod today. With everybody’s favourites rope climbs.

– Great opportunity to work on your double unders, if you haven’t quite got them yet. Spend no more than 2 minutes per round on them if you are unable to reach the 60 per round

– Being a little longer wod today you might want to pace the burpees a little especially with 3 rope climbs to follow

– If you haven’t quite figured out the rope climb just yet never fear there will plenty of chances to get some practice in before the wod starts.
