Strength: 2RM Deficit deadlift (stand on 1 or 2 20kg plate)

Wod: 3 Rounds

  • 5 Deadlift (@50% of 1RM deadlift)
  • 5 Box Jumps
  • 5 Burpee Over Bar
  • 400m run

Optional Extra Work:

  • Power Snatch (1 sec pause@knee) + Power Snatch ( Touch & Go@75% of 1 rep max) 5 Total Sets

(Dont drop Bar between reps) (60-90 secs rest between sets)

  • Farmers Walk 3 x 25m
  • Single Leg Deadlift (1 Kettlebell held in trail leg hand) x 8 reps
  • Reverse Hyperextension 3 x 10 (on GHD)
