Skill: Chin ups/ Ring Rows

Wod: 2 parts For Time and no rest

  • 30 Double Unders before each set of Muscle Ups
  • 10-8-6-4-2 Ring Muscle Ups (scaled transition muscle ups/ or double pull-ups)
  • THEN straight into
  • 10-1
  • Push UPs
  • Burpees
  • must be standing before every set of burpees

Post Wod: no time

  • 3 Rounds
  • 10 Bent Over Rows
  • 10 Face Pulls (bands)
  • 10 Tricep Pushdowns (bands)
