Wod 1: For time

- 6 Deadlifts (Rxd- 70/45, Rxd 100/70, Rxd+ 145/100)
- 12 Pistol Squats (Rxd- Air Squats, Rxd+ 12/8kg KB)
then;
- 20 HSPU’s (Rxd- Push Ups, Rxd+ 10cm Deficit)
Wod 2: 10 rounds, for completion;
- 10 KB Swings (pick a weight)
- 10 Hollow Rocks
