Wod 1: For time

3 rounds;

  •  6 Deadlifts (Rxd- 70/45, Rxd 100/70, Rxd+ 145/100)
  • 12 Pistol Squats (Rxd- Air Squats, Rxd+ 12/8kg KB)

then;

  • 20 HSPU’s (Rxd- Push Ups, Rxd+ 10cm Deficit)

Wod 2: 10 rounds, for completion;

  • 10 KB Swings (pick a weight)
  • 10 Hollow Rocks
