– If you find your 3 rep max squat clean quickly, drop back and work lighter loads and focus on technique. This will help you next time you are challenged with Squat Cleans

  • 21 Wall Balls
  • 21 Box Jump Overs
  • Rest 2 mins
  • 3min AMRAP
  • 15 Wall Balls
  • 15 Box Jump Overs
  • 1 min Rest
  • 2min AMRAP
  • 9 Wall Balls
  • 9 Box Jump Overs

* step ups allowed

– These Amrap’s are short and are high in intensity.

– There should be no need to rest during the amraps so choose a wall ball and a box height that allows you to move fast between the movements
