– It all starts with the a beautiful Snatch from the Hang. Hopefully we can see some PR’s today
-Then we move on to a Open’ish type workout. For those who remember 16.1 this should bring back fond memories.
-The challenge today for all the RXers is go unbroken on ALL movements whilst challenging yourself with butterfly chest to bars. Kipping Chest to Bars are considered Scaled today
-For those still working on getting their Chest To Bars i recommend grabbing some bands and working on getting that chest on the bar.
