In teams of 3! To get in the spirit of things!
@ 0:00 Wod A, for time (13min c/0);
- 40 synchronised Push Ups
- 400m Run together (carry only 1 KB 24/16)
- 30 Wall Balls each (9/6) (1 person must deadhang)
- 300m Run together (with the 1 KB)
- 20 Burpee Box Overs (30/24) (team effort)
- 200m Run together (with the 1 KB)
Rest 2mins after cut-off. Use this time to set up wod B.
@ 15:00 Wod B, for total load;
In 5 minutes, using only 1 bar, and 1 rep per team member at a time, complete AMRAP of;
- Deadlift
You may adjust the weight as often as required. Record each lift as you go, add them up at the end for your total load.
