Wod: For Time

  • 5 Rounds
  • 400m Run
  • 30 Box Jumps (30/24)
  • 30 Sit Ups

-A nice simple slow one today after yesterdays fast grip workout.

-A challenge to anyone who thinks it might be a little too easy for them…push yourself on the run. You have 90 seconds on each run to get out and back, if you fail then do it again!!!!!!

-With the amount of box jumps on this one, I don’trecommend rebounding them. Jump Up, Step Down every rep. Theres alot of Calves and Shins involved in this workout so be nice to them. Warm them up properly and cool them down properly too.

-After yesterdays Toes to Bar and V ups the situps should be a little more challenging then normal.

-Enjoy this one as the next 2 days get hard
