7am – Team WODs – Comp Prep for next weeks Fundraiser Comp at CF Frankston
WOD 1 – 8 mins to find Teams 2RM Overhead Squat total.
- Score = total of each team members best 2 RM OHS
Then 2 Min Rest Followed by;
WOD 2 – 10 Min (EMOM) Power Snatch (42.5/30)
- Snatch reps scored after 2 teams members complete 7 C2B Pull-ups & 5 HSPU (cumulative)
- 2 Team members working at a time – swap each minute.
- Score is total number of snatches completed in the 10mins
WOD 3 – Relay for time
- Each Team member completes;
- 50 Double Unders
- 35 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
- 15 T2B
- Then Tags the next team member in, once all 4 team members finish – check time.
8:30am – Saturday Gang!!!
