7am – Team WODs – Comp Prep for next weeks Fundraiser Comp at CF Frankston

WOD 1 – 8 mins to find Teams 2RM Overhead Squat total.

  • Score = total of each team members best 2 RM OHS

Then 2 Min Rest Followed by;

WOD 2 – 10 Min (EMOM) Power Snatch (42.5/30)

  • Snatch reps scored after 2 teams members complete 7 C2B Pull-ups & 5 HSPU (cumulative)
  • 2 Team members working at a time – swap each minute.
  • Score is total number of snatches completed in the 10mins

WOD 3 – Relay for time

  • Each Team member completes;
  • 50 Double Unders
  • 35 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
  • 15 T2B
  • Then Tags the next team member in, once all 4 team members finish – check time.
