  • 8 Front Squats
  • 9 Toes to Bar
  • 10 Barbell Lunges
  • 11 Double Unders
  • 12 Back Squats

Follow the sequence of the song; 1, then 2-1, then 3-2-1, then 4-3-2-1 etc
