  • Deadlifts (1.5 BW)
  • Bench Press (1.0 BW)
  • Cleans (0.75 BW)

Weight requirement can be scaled to any weight to suit the individual. Whilst this Wod is for time, first time 3-bar-of-death’ers may complete this “for completion”.

7:15am Running Wod: 

  •  6 reps of  100% efforts of David Lee Rd (slight uphill) to the Box (230m): Mark all scores (record fastest and least fastest)
