  • 5 Muscle Ups
  • 75 Squats
  • 10 Muscle Ups
  • 50 Squats
  • 15 Muscle Ups
  • 25 Squats
  • 20 Muscle Ups

*scaled – Bar Muscle Ups or  Candlestick Burpee (Complete a candlestick by rolling back and pushing toes to the sky. Use core to roll forward and place hands in front of you. Then complete the burpee like normal)
