Remember technique is everything! There is no need to add weight until the weight before is comfortable, you will then progress better and quicker.  Also ask a coach if you have any questions

  • 5 Rounds
  • 12 Deadlifts (70/47.5)
  • 9 Hang Power Cleans
  • 6 Push Jerks

* A way to look at this workout is do 11 deadlifts then rest if needed, then you need to deadlift it, before you hang clean it. This way you are not doing unnecessary extra reps.
