The Showdown registrations are now open! A super fun filled day that’s unique… Only CrossFit Hallam, Cranbourne, & Casey members. Wods will therefore be programmed to suit all of our members. There’ll be 3 categories; beginner, advanced, masters! There’ll be a team wod too! Get committed and get involved! Only 40 bux, includes a limited edition competition t-shirt in your team’s colours.
