WOD: Triple Elizabeth! – Teams of Three

  • 63 squat cleans (60/42.5)
  • 63 ring dips
  • 45 squat cleans
  • 45 ring dips
  • 27 squat cleans
  • 27 ring dips

– Then straight into 1.6km empty barbell run (all 3 members must maintain contact with bar. Bar must be used from Elizabeth)

  • To finish 150 empty barbell thrusters ( 1 person doing thrusters while the other 2 hold a plate above head, 20/10)
