WOD: Triple Elizabeth! – Teams of Three
- 63 squat cleans (60/42.5)
- 63 ring dips
- 45 squat cleans
- 45 ring dips
- 27 squat cleans
- 27 ring dips
– Then straight into 1.6km empty barbell run (all 3 members must maintain contact with bar. Bar must be used from Elizabeth)
- To finish 150 empty barbell thrusters ( 1 person doing thrusters while the other 2 hold a plate above head, 20/10)
