Michelle’s Health and Wellbeing is a private section to the box. Michelle will be guiding people week to week on how to make the correct food choices, and change their bad habits into a healthy lifestyle. There will be weekly weigh ins and a meeting (Thursday 6:30pm) and access to group forum. Cardio equipment will be upstairs for use to health and wellbeing members. For CrossFit members that would like to partake in the program it will be an addd $10 to their weekly membership otherwise $30 a week (unlimited use of cardio equipment, weigh ins, meetings, group forum and face to face contact) To Book your spot or have any further questions contact Michelle
