Wod 1: ‘Grace’

  • Clean & Jerk 30 reps for time (60/42.5)

 

Wod 2: ‘Flight Simulator’

  • Double Unders 5-10-15-20-25-30-35-40-45-50-45-40-35-30-25-20-15-10-5

Rxd is completed with unbroken reps during each set. Scaling can be done whereby singles are performed between reps. Each set must completed without stopping to progress on. Between each set you must stop skipping.
