  • 100m shuttle Run (50×2) sprint
  • 15 Kettlebell Swings (24/16)
  • 100m Shuttle Run (50×2) sprint
  • 15 Burpees
  • 100m Shuttle Run (50×2) sprint

*Each Round is intended to be done as a sprint, as fast as possible.  Rest the time remaining in the 5 minute interval.
