Strength:

  • 6RM One Arm Row
  • 12RM (6 each leg) Overhead Lunge

 

Wod: 19 min AMRAP (Tabata = 20:10 x8 + 1 min Rest)

  • Tabata Single Rack Squats (24/16)
  • Tabata Double Unders (5 reps = 1 rep towards score)
  • Tabata Wall Balls
  • Tabata Plate Sit Ups (20/15)
