Wod: Partner Time “31 Hereos”

  • AMRAP 31mins with a partner
  • 8 Thrusters (70/47.5)
  • 6 Rope Climbs
  • 11 Box Jumps (30/24)
  • Partner 1 performs the workout while partner 2 runs 400m with a sandbag or wall ball. When Partner 2 returns form run, Partner 1 will grab sandbag or ball and begin 400m run, while partner 2 continues the workout where partner 1 left off.
