For as long as possible, complete;

0:00-3:00

  • 2 rounds of; 10 Overhead Squat (42.5/30) + 10 Chest to B ars

3:00-6:00

  • 2 rounds ofl 12 OHS + 12 C2B

6:00-9:00

  • 2 rounds of 14 OHS + 14 C2B

9:00-12:00

  • 2 rounds of 16 OHS + 16 C2B

12:00-15:00

  • 2 rounds of 18 OHS + 18 C2B

The actual workout (Open 14.2) stopped when the athlete can no longer keep up with the rep scheme. We will continue as a 15min AMRAP and mark down 2 scores; a) the actual 14.2 rep count, and b) the 15min AMRAP
