8:30am Team Wod
In teams of 6, complete AMRAP in 30 minutes;
- 400m Run: completed in pairs (each run = 1 rep)
- Wall Balls (9/6): completed in pairs, each rep at the same time (1 rep each = 1 rep)
- Burpee Box Jump Overs (20″): completed in pairs (once both have jumped over = 1 rep)
The running pair dictate when the other pairs rotate onto the next movement.
