Strength: 5RM Sumo Deadlift High Pull (SDHP) (refer to 020515)

 

Wod: “Air Force”

  • 20 Thrusters (42.5/30)
  • 20 Sumo deadlift high pulls
  • 20 Push jerks
  • 20 Overhead squats
  • 20 Front squats

The athlete must perform 4 burpees every minute on the minute until completion.
This includes beginning the workout with 4 burpees.

 

Hallam Kids

KWOD – 6 min AMRAP

  • 20m overhead plate carry (2.5kg)
  • 10m overhead Lunge (2.5kg)
  • 2 x over and under hurdles
