Come join 7am Barbell Free Class and or 8:30am, its a great way to start the weekend!!
*There will be NO Classes next Saturday 10th due to our Hallam Partner Comp. You can still enter or come be a spectator.
7am Barbell Free
- 31 Rounds
- 6 Pistols alternating
- 6 DB Thrusters
- 6 burpee pullup
8:30am Wod:
Warm Up – Bring Sally Up (Back Squats)
- Total Reps
- Complete each station 4 times
- Minute 1 – 15 Box Jumps (24/20)
- Minute 2 – 15 Toes 2 Bar (scaled lie on floor leg raise to pole)
- Minute 3 – 10 pistols (each leg)
- Minute 4 – 10 Bicep Curls (DB or BB)
- Minute 5 – 1 set max unbroken HSPU
- Minute 6 – 10 cals rower
Balance of each minute is rest. Class divides with a equal number of athletes starting per station.
