Stregnth: Deadlift
- 50% x 3
- 60% x3
- 70% x3
- (If feeling ok you can do a heavy set of 3)
WOD 1 – 8 min EMOM
- 2 Squat Snatch @65-85% of 1RM
WOD 2 – 12min AMRAP
- 10 Deadlifts @60% of 1RM
- 10 Bar Facing Burpees
- 10 Goblet walking Lunge (DB or KB)(5 each leg) (Rxd+ Overhead Walking Lunge (42.5/30)
