Timetable back to normal (except kids and Teenagers class) as of today!!!  Time to train and have a great year!

Stregnth: Deadlift

  • 50% x 3
  • 60% x3
  • 70% x3
  • (If feeling ok you can do a heavy set of 3)

WOD 1 – 8 min EMOM

  • 2 Squat Snatch @65-85% of 1RM

WOD 2 – 12min AMRAP

  • 10 Deadlifts @60% of 1RM
  • 10 Bar Facing Burpees
  • 10 Goblet walking Lunge (DB or KB)(5 each leg) (Rxd+ Overhead Walking Lunge (42.5/30)
