In order;
- 1RM Overhead Squat*
- 1RM Jerk* (Split or Push)
- 1RM Clean (Squat Clean)
*Racks may be used
Score is derived from the sum of the heaviest successful lifts. Complete the 3 movements in order, and attempt your 1RM (up to) 3 times each. Complete as many warm up sets as required.
