The game has changed… after completing all 5 Benchmark Wods, you may choose which Wod you will use as your fitness test in 30 days time (date TBA, but early May is on the cards). Drawing the Wod out of a hat in 30 days has been s#!t canned 🙂
Once you have decided on YOUR Benchmark Wod, speak to a coach about your training plan for the month to maximize your improvement!
