Its CrossFit Headquarters “Lift Off Comp” and we want you involved.  Everyone will do 2 lifts and a wod.  You can enter your score and see where you match up to the rest of the world. www.games.crossfit.com  We will be having a sausage sizzle (weather permitting) after for everyone to have some wind down time, and give you an example of our ‘CrossFit Open’ set up.
